Born in Athens, Greece, 1962.
Graduated from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) (1987). Subsequently obtained a Diploma in Pedagogics from the School of Professional Teachers of Technical Education (ASPETE) (1999) and an M.Phil. in History and Philosophy of Science from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens (UoA) (2012). He is presently a teacher of mechanical engineering in secondary vocational education in Athens.
George has been teaching Sathya Sai Education in Human Values classes for children since 1992. He has been a Teacher Trainer of the ESSE Institute (esse-institute.org) and has participated in SSEHV training programmes conducted in various countries in Europe, since 2000.
Experienced lecturer on Human Values and Ancient Greek Philosophy, he has given speeches in Australia, Thailand, India and UAE. He is co-founder of the Sathya Sai Centre for Human Values in Athens, an initiative developed jointly with Vassiliki Stephanides. Since March 2014 he is the Director of the Institute of Sathya Sai Education of South Europe (ISSE SE).
His very good knowledge of Ancient Greek and Sanskrit language has given way to regular study circles on Ancient Greek and Indian Philosophy in Athens, which he has the pleasure to preside.
