SSEHV AROUND THE WORLD

The Institutes of Sathya Sai Education around the world have a singular focus on the provision of education enriched with the intrinsic human values of Love, Peace, Truth, Righteousness and Nonviolence and delivered based on the philosophy and pedagogy referred to as Educaere.[1]

More commonly known as Sathya Sai Education in Human Values (SSEHV), this approach has been designed to address the various educational and social challenges specific to local communities. Its projects and programmes aim to engage, both the teachers and the learners, as well as the children’s parents, in a process of self-enquiry, self-reflection and self-awareness, and thereby raise the level of moral and ethical practices in the community. The Sathya Sai Programme in Human Values is meant for all. It is a source of profound inspiration which motivates us to move on, to be happy and to grow together.

Institutes of Sathya Sai Education have been set up in many countries to support the goals and objectives of Educære, through training programmes, community projects, research and development.

Parallel to the endeavors of the Sathya Sai Institutes, private Sathya Sai Schools, partnership and complementary schools have been developed. Moreover, numerous teachers throughout the world implement the Educære approach both in their formal teaching and by promoting a series of value oriented extracurricular activities.
