Fabiana Laruccia
Born in Taranto – Italy, currently lives in Bologna. She has a degree in Economics from the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, with subsequent qualifications in the field of social sustainability and ethical and conscious relational processes.
Keen on deepening her perspective in relation to the harmonious development of the human being and a systemic vision of life and nature, she integrated her training by obtaining a specialization in Humanistic-Relational Counseling, a certification as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Generative Coaching and has deepened models of Psychosynthesis, Deep Ecology and practices of awareness and Meditation.
She currently carries out consultancy, training and professional counseling in various contexts, both educational and organizational, facilitating paths for human and relational well-being, for the development of life skills, for an eco-systemic vision of reality, for better group cooperation and generative management of conflicts. With a view to integral sustainability, she supports social enterprises, companies and schools in evolutionary and transformative paths using a systemic-value approach oriented towards the common good.
For over 20 years she has been a teacher trainer dedicated to an Education in Human Values and is currently referent for Italy of the Institute of Sathya Sai Education Southern Europe (ISSE-SE) and a member of its team of trainers. Through multiple training projects she is committed to spreading the basic principles of Educære, as an educational model aimed at helping humanity to cultivate and manifest good qualities, and as a path to peace and happiness.
Since 2021 she has coordinated a training course on Education in Human Values and sustainable development. Its purpose is to contribute to raising human awareness, and to foster the evolution of an ethical conscience for a qualitative change in our life on the planet.
The course consists of three training units:

- Ethics and good communication - from I to We
- Harmony Man-Nature. Human Values for the Planet
