A PATH FOR LIFE 2025-26

Premise:

To create a more sustainable world and achieve profound, systemic change, it is necessary to cultivate human values and develop life skills to be expressed in all spheres of life, both personally and collectively.

The goal:

The Course, Education in Human Values - A Path for Life,  wishes to facilitate understanding of the essence and meaning of the basic principles of the EDUCÆRE philosophy, which aims at bringing out the Universal Human Values of Truth, Righteousness, Peace, Love, and Nonviolence, considered natural inner qualities of the human personality, to translate them into action in daily living, and, last but not least, to generate a vision for a sustainable future.

Education for sustainable development is explicitly recognized as Target 4.7 of the U.N. 2030 Agenda: “By 2030, we must ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development through an education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence, global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity and culture’s contribution to sustainable development”.

Course Programme -  2nd Edition

The ISSE SE Institute - Italy has launched the second edition of the project "Education in Human Values - A Path for Life" online. The Course is in Italian. The project consists of three training units, organized into different years and accessible free of charge, including individual units, which will cover various thematic areas:

1. P.A.C.E. - Thoughts in Harmony, Behaviors in Balance (2024/2025 Academic School Year)
2. Ethics and Good Communication - From "I" to "We" (2025/2026 Academic School Year)
3. Human-Nature Harmony. Human Values for the Planet (2026/2027 Academic School Year)
